Welcome to the Mid Canterbury Dog Training Club. The Mid Canterbury Dog Training Club is a family friendly club that offers dog training in Obedience, Rally-O and Agility for all levels of enjoyment and competition. We also provide Domestic Obedience classes for people who want a well-mannered and obedient dog. The club trains at the Ashburton A&P Showgrounds on Brucefield Ave, Ashburton. The club hosts championship events each year and a ribbon trial for agility, obedience, & rally-o. Classes are held three nights a week. We hold obedience championship shows in May at the Leeston A&P Showgrounds and in November at the Ashburton Domain. We also hold an agility champ shows in February and October at the Ashburton Showgrounds.
We also hold an Agility Ribbon Trial in August which includes an AD Trial.
