Club Activities

[b]Agility - [/b]Foundation classes, Intermediate and Senior
[b]Fly Agility[/b]
[b][u]Puppy Classes- [/u][/b]SCDTC have the following classes for puppies:
[b]Puppy Pre-school for puppies[/b]
8 - 12 weeks: basic commands, health, nutrition, caring for a puppy, socialization, owner responsibilities etc. Held at a local vet clinic but run by club instructors for 4 weeks.
[b]Puppy Classes for puppies[/b]
3 mths - 6 mths. Held at Club Grounds, Gleniti Rd, Timaru. 6 week course. Instructors are experienced club members. Basic training: sits, downs, stays, recalls, loose lead walking, socialization, health and nutrition, speying/neutering, jumping up, barking, general puppy problems/concerns, owner responsibilities etc
[b][u]K9 Good Manners[/u] [/b]
6 mths and over - Instructors are experienced club members. 6 week course. Basic training as above plus extended stays, consistent loose lead walking, drop from a distance, any problem behaviour.
