About Me

I purchased my first pedigree Dobermann over 30 years ago for protection for my young family as we lived quite isolated in the country , this was beginning of my love for the breed. I soon joined the local all breeds club and began going to shows and encouraging my two daughters to compete.

We have owned, showed and bred a variety of breeds including Miniature Pinchers, Rottweilers Schipperkes and Chinese crested of which I have had numerous Champions with many group and in show awards. A few one off breeds were added to our kennels to show over the years of which were English Bull Terriers, Weimaraners and I imported a couple of Blood Hounds for my Son but my love has always been my Dobermanns and Min Pins.
I am a Life member of the Eastern Bay of Plenty Kennel Assn and I am currently the elected Club Secretary. I am also a foundation members of the Bay of Plenty Judges group, a NZKC member and over the years belonged to many breed specially clubs


I have judged in New Zealand and Australia, I Steward and officiate at many clubs most weekends.
